Health and Beauty Solutions created the Custom Solutions Program with the idea that custom tailored always fits best. Through our program, we work closely with you to develop a solution that meets YOUR needs as YOU define them for YOUR customer. We will also help you develop the right data to support your marketing effort.

Program Overview
Three different levels of development exist with in the program – Custom Products, Proprietary Technologies, and Exclusive Technologies. These levels define the general range of exclusivity related to the custom product and are typically tailored to meet the need of the customer.

Custom Products – Delivery and Rheology technologies that are developed based on specifications of the customer. These product are then supplied to the specifying customer, but also may be supplied to other companies requesting similar formulations.

Proprietary Technologies – Delivery and Rheology technologies developed based on customer specifications for a defined active/compound. Customer receives a limited exclusive for using the technology.

Exclusive Technologies – Delivery and Rheology technologies developed based on customer specifications for specific market application. Customer receives limited exclusive for the use of the delivery or rheology technology within the product category or segment including a defined list of ingredients.

How it Works
Complete Custom Solutions Profile. The profile will define the product category and chemistry of your application.HBS will review the profile and define with you what type of program is possible for the specific active or product category as listed within the profile. HBS will also define the timing and costs (if any) related to the program as outlined.

Complete Custom Solutions Program initiation. For many projects, you can get started simply by sending us the ingredients! For more unique/proprietary work, further confidentiality is required.

Start the work. The development process is highly interactive – so regular feedback will be provided throughout the development timetable. HBS will complete all activities relative to the development of the delivery or rheology technology – including analytical support, quality procedures, performance verification for the delivery or rheology technology, and manufacturing scale-up. Initial samples usually are provided within 2 – 4 weeks.

Complete development. As you utilize the systems in your formulation, we can work with you on how to best maximize the products performance. Once development is completed, and the product is launched, the client will purchase product from HBS.
